Rural house in the town of Roturas, Valladolid. With a typical Castilian decoration, this beautiful house dates from the eighteenth century and after its rehabilitation has been enabled for rural tourism. Remodeled respecting the old structure and the materials that were already there, it becomes a very cozy place to spend a nice vacation with the family or with a group of friends.

The house has a pretty large kitchen that is perfectly prepared with appliances and all the necessary utensils for cooking. It also has a window above the pile that will allow you to observe the beautiful exterior while cooking your favorite dishes.

The room is divided into two parts, on one side the rest area with a sofas, TV and a nice fireplace. A part of the house quite nice, cozy and familiar and allows you to go deeper into this rural landscape. On the other hand we have the dining area with a large table and chairs to be able to eat all together.

The house has 5 bedrooms:

• One bedroom with double bed. All the decoration is made of wood, doors, windows and ceiling and is combined with metallic details such as the headboard or the bedside table.

• 4 double bedrooms with single beds. Also with a very rustic decoration, wooden furniture and metalized headboards, all of them have a window with views to the outside.

All the rooms are equipped so that each of the guests can rest and spend a stay as relaxed as possible. They are ready with clean sheet sets and blankets are available for everyone in case of need. Also the rooms have heating.

There are 5 bathrooms since in each of the rooms we find one of private use for each stay, this way you do not wait between person and person and there is more freedom. The bathrooms are decorated to perfection and we have prepared a set of towels for each one of you.

On the outside of the house we find a nice garden that makes us more in touch with nature. It is equipped with garden furniture and has a picnic area to enjoy the good weather there. For the more ebullient, we have a barbecue available for your use.

We are located approximately 56 kilometers from Valladolid, surrounded by nature and architectural monuments that are worth visiting. In our town, Breaks, is the Parish Church of San Esteban, the sixteenth century and include the town square with its source, a meeting point for the people of the place.

We move to Peñafiel with its beautiful Castle, declared National Monument more than 100 years ago and that is property of the town hall. It is located on a hill that is quite narrow and from it you can appreciate beautiful views.

In Pesquera del Duero we can make a stop to enjoy the wine. There are more than 20 wineries with designation of origin Ribera del Duero and this makes it an area dedicated to wine tourism, so fashionable nowadays.

Another very nice visit that we can enjoy is at Hoces del Río Duratón. This is the canyon that the Duratón River, a tributary of the Duero, has been creating in an area of ​​limestone. It is a great gift of nature and a very beautiful excursion to do. All this area has been declared a Natural Park.
