Rural House in the town of Roturas, Valladolid. With a typical Castilian decoration, this beautiful house dates from the 18th century and after its rehabilitation has been enabled for rural tourism. Remodeled respecting the old structure and the materials that were already, it becomes a very cozy place to spend a beautiful vacation with the family or with a group of friends. 

The house has a quite large cuisine that is perfectly prepared with appliances and all the necessary to cook. It also has a window on top of the battery that will allow you to observe the beautiful exterior while cooking your favorite dishes. 

The lounge is divided into two parts, on the one hand the rest zone with some sofas, TV and a beautiful chimney. A quite pleasant, cozy and familiar house that allows you to enter this rural place. On the other hand we have the dining area with a large table and chairs to eat all together. 

The house has 5 bedrooms:

• a bedroom with marriage bed. All decoration is made of wood, doors, windows and roof and is combined with metallic details such as the headboard or the table. 

• 4 double bedrooms with individual beds. Also with a very rustic decoration, wooden furniture and metallic headboards, all of them have a window with views abroad. 

All rooms are conditioned so that each of the guests rest and pass a stay as relaxed as possible. They are lists with clean sheet games and there are blankets available for everyone in the case of needing them. In addition the rooms have heating. 

There are 5 bathrooms since in each of the rooms we find one of private use for each stay, in this way you do not expect between person and person and there is more freedom. The bathrooms are perfectly decorated and we have prepared a game of towels for each of you. 

Outside the house we find a beautiful garden that makes it more in touch with nature. It is equipped with garden furniture and has a picnic area to enjoy the good weather there. For the most common, we have a barbecue available for use.

We are about 56 kilometers from Valladolid approximately, surrounded by nature and architectural monuments that are worth knowing. In our town, breaks, is the parish church of San Esteban, from the 16th century and it is worth highlighting the town square with its source, meeting point of the people of the place. 

We move to Peñafiel with its beautiful castle, declared a national monument more than 100 years ago and is owned by the City Council. It is located on top of a hill that is quite narrow and from it you can appreciate beautiful views. 

In fishing of the Duero we can make a stop to enjoy wine. There are more than 20 wineries with Ribera del Duero's name and this makes it an area dedicated to wine tourism, so fashionable today. 

Another very pretty visit we can enjoy is the Hoces del Río Duratón. This is the canyon that the Duratón River, tributary of the Duero, has been creating in a limestone rock area. It is a great gift of nature and a very beautiful excursion to do. This whole area has been declared a Natural Park.
