El Solell

An old farmhouse of the seventeenth century, Can Code, serves as the stage for this beautiful complex of 3 cottages that are located in the municipality of Maians.

The Sollel is the third of them and we present you below. Highlight the presence of common areas for the 3 houses but also each has its own private and independent spaces.

In the interior of the hosting we have the following:

• A living room that is attached to the kitchen and dining room. In it we see several seats placed in front of the chimney y to the television. A window letting in abundant light as well as beautiful views to the outside. The dining table that separates the kitchen from the rest, is made of wood and its chairs are matching. Finally the kitchen, equipped with a dark brown wooden furniture and where we see numerous appliances to be able to cook.

• We have 2 beautiful rooms, each of them with its corresponding bathroom. The first bedroom is with a double bed and its bathroom has a shower with screen. On the other hand, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and in its service there is a large bathtub. In both cases, both the bedroom and the bathroom are perfectly furnished and have sheets, blankets and towels. The furniture is made of wood and everything is quite cozy and uniform.

We have already mentioned the common areas that the complex has for all the houses. These are the following:

• A underground room where we have enabled a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. It is a place for events and celebrations. It has an additional cost and varies depending on the number of people.

• The pool y the sunbeds, along with the picnic and the barbecue. It is the highlight of the seasons of good weather. A large esplanade where you can be outdoors and where the little ones will have a great time.

A complete and very familiar house that has the best to make your holidays perfect.

The municipality of Maians is responsible for hosting our rural house. It is a municipality that was on the coast and that today is the famous neighborhood of La Barceloneta. Surrounded by nature, undoubtedly the variety of plans that we propose can make this trip something unique.

We have very close with which is considered the mountainous monument par excellence of Catalonia, Montserrat. Its form is quite peculiar and has nothing to do with the traditional mountains, in addition its famous monastery stands on one of its peaks giving it the perfect scenery.

Another visit that we recommend you do is to the city of Cardona where you must visit his famous castle. It is one of the most important medieval fortresses and was built in the year 886, of Gothic and Romanesque style, all its natural environment contrasts perfectly with the brown walls, and give it a beautiful view for the memory. Also visit the Gothic church of San Miguel, located in the center of town. Finally, if something is known Cardona is for its famous Mountain of Salt. The salt is located inside the mountain, hence its famous name. It is a very visited place.
