El Sueño de los Gatos

The rural house has been rebuilt in 2009, respecting the design of the rest of town houses. This accommodation is full rent, is structured in 3 floors and can stay until 16 people.

At the entrance of the house we find a reception area where there is a telephone that can be used by our guests.

The rooms that make up the ground floor of the house are a living room and kitchen.

• The lounge area is distributed around the fireplace. In front of this one there is a sofa for 3 people and another for 2 people, and a coffee table. In the dining area there is a dining table for 6 people, and a table against the wall with a chair.
• The kitchen is furnished with cabinets at low height, and equipped with appliances such as oven, hob, etc., and others of lesser scope such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

In the first floor we find 3 rooms. The 3 are double, but 2 of them have a sofa that can be converted into a bed, leaving a triple room. All are exterior. All bedrooms have private bathroom with bath or shower incorporated.

In the last floor of the rural house there are 3 attic rooms. One of these bedrooms has space for 2 extra beds, so we would have a quadruple room. All these rooms also have a private bathroom with a bath or a hydromassage shower.

Outside of the house there is garden furnished with garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

Other equipment of the house that we want to highlight is:

• Heating in the whole house.
• single thermostat in each room for the greatest comfort of all guests.
• We accept animals.
• Availability of cradle, if so requested.

The rural house is located at El Cardoso de la Sierra, a town in Guadalajara bordering Madrid and Segovia. In the mountains where the town is located, the River Jarama is born. In addition, it is dressed by trees such as pines, beeches or oaks.

The town is perfect to enjoy its forests and mountains, or observe animals like cows or sheep that graze.

The festivities of El Cardoso de la Sierra take place in the months of May, August and October.

Guadalajara is located 109km away. Being a city of passage of many cultures, there are numerous monuments that have left traces of multiculturalism.
