El Tinao de la Petra

The Rural House is located in the population of Fuentidueña del Tajo, in the province of Madrid.

It is a house for 12+4 guests that they will be able to enjoy all the comforts inside, and of fully equipped stays.

It is a red facade complex that is accessed through the wooden door that welcomes its guests, which can rent it completely or, in parts.

This 2 -story housing, presents inside a series of components that give it a comfort that is appreciated, in a downtown but quiet environment. You can house inside up to a maximum of 12 people, in a cozy climate.

Inside, the house with the apartment is divided into:

• a dining kitchen in a diaphanous space in which the main front is occupied by the wooden countertop, under which a set of appliances is distributed that facilitate the lives of users. Just at the back of this environment, and located next to the access stairs to the upper floor, there is the wooden table with a set of chairs.

• a room in which several two and three seats are distributed, one of them is sofa bed, to which the armchairs reinforce; All this directed towards the area where the television is located and the firewood fireplace which is in charge of, in the cold months of the year, heat this diaphanous entrance that communicates with the kitchen and dining room.

• a spa room which is clearly the most valued part of the house since it integrates a jacuzzi inside, a relaxation area with tables and Balinés style seats and, as a complement to favor this moment of relaxation, a set of aromatic candles that finish creating the environment.

• 5 bathrooms complete, in each of the rooms that are destined for the break of guests and, at all times, are complete .

5 double bedrooms that are distributed by the 2 plants of the house, integrating comfortable elements and a careful decoration that our visitors appreciate. You can add 2 supplementary beds more and are the following:

• 2 marriage bedrooms at the top of the house, in a fairly wide area in which a maximum of 2 guests can be lodged. They are perfectly decorated with cured wood furniture and colors on their walls that combine perfectly.

• 2 bedrooms composed of 2 individual beds that are together, decorated with forge headers and cheerful and elegant comforters that combine with the color palette used to paint the walls. It is also added replacement bedding.
