El Tombo la Risa

Our accommodation is new construction, built in stone y according to the design and architecture of the other houses that make up the whole pueblo.

The rural accommodation is de full rental has 3 floors and is for 8 people.

On ground floor we have a living room, kitchen and a toilet.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people, a fireplace surrounded by two armchairs and a sofa 3-seater. From this room you enter through a corridor to the kitchen, and there are the stairs that lead to the upper floor.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and with appliances such as microwaves, toaster or extractor fan. The furniture is finished in wood and has a window to the outside.

The following stories are spread the 4 bedrooms of the house and 2 bathrooms.

The 4 rooms are double, 2 of them have a double bed and the other 2 have 2 single beds. The 2 rooms with separate beds have 3 wooden windows with beautiful views.

The 2 bathrooms have shower with screen, and are finished with white and blue tiles. There is a bathroom on each floor, and they are shared.

Other things that we would like to let you know are the following:

• There is availability of a travel cot if you let us know.
• There is heating in the whole house.

The rural house is located at Santa María de Valdeón, a town belonging to the Picos de Europa, which is located in the Valle de Valdeón.

So, it is a mountain town, in fact it is the highest altitude de the region.

The fauna that predominates in the zone are forests of beeches, maple, birches o oaks, among others. As for the fauna, can be observed from boars and deer to eagles and robins. These species are just one example of the numerous animals and plants that inhabit this ecosystem.

It is an environment in which you can perform different activities throughout the year.
