El Venero II

We are in the province of Ávila, specifically in the town of Navaluenga, with a lot of history and an incomparable natural environment .

It is the second home that forms the complex, and stands on several floors in which its spaces are distributed, which are equipped with all the features that will ensure your maximum comfort.

The house has capacity for 18 people initially although, as extra beds can be added in each bedroom, the total capacity is 26 guests.

As you can see, it is perfect to go in a group, being able to enjoy the most beautiful areas of Ávila.
In your interior there are the following rooms:

• A dining room of about 60 square meters in which both rooms are distributed so that the space is used to the maximum. On the one hand, a set of sofas that are oriented towards the television and that form a perfect resting and meeting place. The dining room, with the table next to the windows, is perfectly lit and as a key element, the wood-burning fireplace, which gives that homely warmth that will make you feel at home.

• A complete kitchen with all the kitchenware and the electrical appliances necessary to cook without problems. It has a rusticity that the wood of the upper part gives it very pleasant.

• 8 bedrooms of which 7 are distributed on the lower floors and the last , in the attic . There are 2 triple rooms and 6 double rooms, protected by some wooden ceilings that are based on the natural stone walls. Each of these spaces is designed so that you can enjoy the best rest.

• 4 bathrooms of which, 2 of them have a shower and the remaining , a bathtub. You have included the towel sets.

The outdoor areas are perfect to enjoy in a group since, the area that extends is very wide, highlighting the facilities such as the barbecue, which will provide you with many moments of leisure and fun and the pool, for when it squeezes the heat. This pool is for private use for our guests.

In addition, it is a perfect place for celebrations since we have tent, miniature golf with 11 holes and even football fields with goals, in addition, as it is far from the rest of the houses, there is no problem if you want to play music.

We are one step away from the Sierra de Gredos, although you will not have to travel much to find the wonders that our environment offers:

• The natural pools are less than 500 meters away, in the river Alberche, next to the Romanesque bridge.
• Different Throats are born very close to the house, such as Gargantilla or Maguillo.
• Important cities such as Ávila are within walking distance, in which we highlight its historically important wall in the urban development of the city.
