Description of El Ventanuco

If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday, with your family, in a landscape surrounded by nature, we present this rural house in Buelna.

This village belongs to Llanes, but is located between the vegetation and the calm of the countryside as a retreat to disconnect from the routine. It consists of 105 square meters that are spread over 3 floors, a traditional structure that preserves the wood and the stone on the walls.
Its rooms have been adapted for 6 people maximum and are divided as follows:

  • 3 Bedrooms on the upper floors. Of which, two are on the second floor and have balcony ; while the other is upstairs at with one of the bathrooms. The attic area, in addition to the bed, has a small living room with a sofa where you can lie down and read more quietly.
  • Its equipment is simple, the rooms stand on parquet and rescue cobblestone details that give them their characteristic rustic style. The rugs cover this floor to get you up in winter on a warm surface, just as the closets have enough space for your clothes.
  • 3 Bathrooms with shower, adequate toilets and available for convenience. Between these rooms and the bedrooms there are coat racks to store coats.
  • They are quite complete, since we have left the toilet paper next to the toilet and the towel sets so that you have the essential things at hand, even a hair dryer.
  • A kitchen well equipped with its appliances and culinary products that will help you prepare the best homemade recipes. For breakfast you have items such as the juicer or the toaster, in addition to having a microwave to heat up meals.
  • A totally rural living room, with its fireplace presiding over the common area. Being an open space, it connects with the previous room and both share the dining room. For its part, the sofa has been placed in front of the flat screen television and has blankets for support for the coldest days.

In the outdoor area r there is a garden space and the patio where the pets can run around. From the outside you can see the balconies, classic of Asturian mansions, and the door that arches to welcome you.

Sourroundings of El Ventanuco

The village of Buelna is a group of traditional houses between the Sierra de la Borbolla, especially surrounded by nature and many beaches where you can spend a pleasant day at the sea.
  • The main cove of the town, with which it shares its name, stands out for its beauty, being one of the favorite spots for families. It is at the mercy of the tides, the surroundings marked by interesting jesters and the surrounding vegetation.
  • The Playa de Cobijero is about 600 meters away, the second closest to our home. It looks like the home of some fantastic character, with white sand and the Puente Caballu Natural Arch. Nearby is the Cueva de Cobijero.
In the town you can calmly stroll through the cobblestone houses and its natural space. It is also advisable to stay to try the local gastronomy in one of its restaurants: fabada, cachopo, cider... the offer is varied and everything is very delicious.
