El Xiprer

The rural house The Xiprer is a house of old construction XIII century, which is currently perfectly rehabilitated.

The rural accommodation is rented entirely, is raised on various heights, and has a capacity of up to 12 people.

The rooms in which the house is distributed are a living-dining room, kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, multipurpose room and garden.

The living room is furnished starting from the fireplace, that is, this is the main part and around it are arranged a sofa and 2 armchairs. In addition, in the area reserved for the dining room there are 2 tables, one of them with a capacity for 12 people, and another smaller one with an oval shape.

The kitchen is furnished with wicker chairs and cabinets and drawers. The crockery is stored in a cupboard in one of the walls. The kitchen is equipped with appliances like refrigerator, oven, etc ...

Of the 6 rooms, 3 of them (blue, green and yellow) have a 1.35m bed. Another room has 2 single beds. The 2 rooms that are in the attic are double, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, which also has 2 sofa beds.

Of the 6 bathrooms, there is one double, one with a bathtub, another with bathtub whirlpool, another private in the blue room, and another complete.

The multipurpose room has another fireplace. It can be used as a room to paint, read, relax or as a game room. It can also be used as a room, since can accommodate 4 extra beds.

Outside we find a landscaped area, the pool area, jacuzzi or spa.

It is in the garden area where we find the barbecue, a space with benches, chairs and wooden tables, and a stylish armchair chill out.

The pool has metal stairs to enter it, and around it there is a reserved area for sunbathing.

The jacuzzi is on a wooden base, has light, bubbles and 8 seats.

• The TV in the living room is 37 "and in the other rooms as well as in the kitchen there is also TV.

The rural house belongs to Aiguamurcia, a village that is located in Tarragona.

Something very typical of the place are the calçotadas that are carried out from the month of February to April.

As for the outstanding monuments, the most outstanding is the Monastery of Santes Creus, which dates from XII century. Near the Monastery, the waters of River Gaia advance.

At almost 33km is Tarragona, city of the golden coast, which still preserves historical monuments of different architectural styles. It also keeps buildings of cultural heritage such as theaters, markets or the old town itself.
