Ermita de Santa Llúcia

The house is located in the village of Tonya, Girona, and was built in the year 1648 although some of its parts are the twelfth century, such as the bell tower. The house can be rented in full or by rooms. It is a 2-floor accommodation and on the top floor are the rooms:

• 3 doubles
• One triple
• One quadruple

X From the windows you have views of the large surrounding land with the mountains in the background. The beds come dressed and fully equipped. The furniture is characterized by wooden or steel bedside tables and a wardrobe where we can store our belongings with comfort.

La triple room has a double bed and a single bed, also fully dressed. It is spacious and guests can be comfortably without any inconvenience. It also has its bedside tables and cupboards.

Guests have the X room, the largest accommodation, where you can comfortably accommodate 4 people. This room has 2 double beds dressed and with their pillows.

Each and every room has s and a private bathroom, which has toiletries and a set of towels for each guest.
The house is restored, but still maintains the details and corners that make it a typical Catalan house.

On the ground floor of the house is the living room, which has a couple of sofas and armchairs and a TV. On its walls there are several wooden-framed windows through which the light and the cool breeze from the forest and mountain come in. The dining room has a wooden table located next to a colorful wood fireplace. Both the dining room and the living room are under an old Catalan vault.
In this space is kitchen with all the utensils, kitchenware and appliances to make us feel at home.
In the outside part of the house is a spacious plot of about 2500 meters square; It is an ideal space to perform a wide variety of leisure activities and free time. We have a children's area with slide and swings ; also a seasonal pool. There is enough space to be able to lie down to sunbathe.

Next to the pool is a roofed space with a pin-pong table that also serves as a place to have a snack.

The house is located in the small village of Tonya, which is within the region de L'Empord à. They are places full of nature and parks, where they stand out:

• Natural Park of Cap de Creus
• Natural Park of Montgrí
• Park of the Aigüamolls de l'Empordá

Then there is la volcanic area of ​​Garrotx a, where there are about 40 volcanic cones, craters and other ancient formations. These spaces are also ideal for hiking, biking or horse riding.
