This rural house with pool is ideal for enjoying the island of Mallorca. Inside it contains all the modern comforts for you to enjoy with your family in a unique and private environment, where you can relax on vacation either in summer or winter by the fire in the fireplace.

With a maximum capacity for 6 people, its 230 m2 are divided into:

• 3 double bedrooms hypoallergenic, equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds that have plugs nearby to improve comfort.

On the walls there are large windows with wooden doors and views of the mountains, giving the rooms a large natural luminosity.

You can find in them alternative rest areas formed by a pair of chairs around a wooden table, as well as elongated mirrors. To combat wrinkles, it has irons and wardrobes for clothes.

• 2 Bathrooms, 1 of them in suite. They have exit to the outside and a beautiful design in white and wood, with modern furniture. They can be equipped with shower or bathtub, depending on your preference of use.

Don't worry about the towels, because we will have several sets available upon your arrival. Likewise, we will provide you with free hygiene items so that you don't miss anything.

• 1 rustic kitchen open to the dining room, although inside it contains a space for breakfast. We guarantee essentials basics and complete tableware, so that you feel at home.

There is high chair available for the little ones, as well as suitable for coffee lovers.

• 1 Living room with dining area, which is fully furnished and ready to share with the family. Going down a few small steps you will find the living room, with a L-shaped sofa around a fireplace.

The best thing about this main corner of the house is that it has views of the terrace thanks to a beautiful window that occupies almost the entire wall and a glazed door. In addition, on its shelves it has a collection of books for your entertainment.

Within the 5.00 m2 plot, the exteriors are divided into:

• 1 Porch-style terrace, full of vines and vegetation that give it a special charm. Built in stone, it has views of the pool and includes a dining room where you can take the fresh air.

• Large garden that even has a basketball basket to play within the enclosure. It surrounds both the façade of the house and the glass and here you will find a barbecue at your disposal.

• Swimming pool in front of the house. You can access it through a few steps and focused on your well-being, it has hammocks on which to lie down

• Private parking.
