Esglaiola

Our house preserves an old structure but it was repaired in 2012. It is a house with history, since it belonged to an ecclesiastical judge. It has 3 floors, and capacity for 18 people, being able to expand up to 23 people.

GROUND FLOOR:
On the ground floor we find: a game room, a bathroom, a terrace and a heated pool.

The game room is on the outside of the house, but it is a closed room. It has pool table, ping-pong, foosball, trampoline ; and equipped with everything you need to serve as a kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and kitchenware. There is also a barbecue of wood, and 5 wooden tables with continuous benches. The ceiling in this room has concrete beams, and there are fabulous views from the windows.

The pool is 8.8 m long. On one side of the pool, water falls from a waterfall. It has stairs, a sliding bench, and a railing to help you get in and out of the water. In this room there is a temperature of 32º. It's a bromine pool. From here you can go out to the terrace.
On the terrace we have a solarium area, furnished with hammocks, sunbeds and bath towels to dry off after getting out of the water.


FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor are: dining room, living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The living room-dining room-kitchen is in the same open room.

• The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 2 3-seater sofas, plasma TV and coffee table.
• The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and small household appliances such as: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave, squeezer ... In front of all these appliances there is a bar with stools and it could be the separation with the living room. The kitchenware and dishes are included.
• In the dining room there is a table with continuous benches and 2 chairs that preside over each side of the table.

One of the rooms is double with a double bed and with the possibility of adding a 0.90 m bed and a cot. This room has a private bathroom.
Another of the rooms is triple with a double bed and another 0.90 m, being able to add another 0.90 m bed or a cot. This one also has a private bathroom.

A third double bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of adding a 0.90 m bed and a cot. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one of the rooms.

The last room on this floor is double with 2 separate 0.90 m beds. It has a shared bathroom.

UPPER FLOOR:
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a living room.
One of the rooms is double with a double bed and private bathroom. It is possible to add 2 beds of 0.90 m or a bed of 0.90 m and a cot.
Another of the rooms is double, also with a double bed and a private bathroom. In this one you can also add 2 extra beds of 0.90 m or one of the beds and a cot.

A third triple room with 3 beds of 0.90m together. Here there is space to place a fourth bed of 0.90 m. It has a shared bathroom.
The last room is double with 2 beds of 0.90 m, and has a shared bathroom.

All the bathrooms in the rural house are complete, some with a shower and screen and others with a bathtub.

The living room has sofas, armchairs, table and plasma television. There is the possibility of putting 5 beds and converting it into another bedroom.

Outside the house there is an area of ​​ park with swings, and in the front of the house there is a patio and in the back an area with grass.

The rural house belonged to an ecclesiastical , so it adjoins the tower of a Church where mass is celebrated once a year.
L'Espunyola, belongs to a cattle and agricultural town, in which pig farming stands out. In addition, it preserves of its ancient architecture a castle, un chromlech, Romanesque churches, altarpieces, prisons, farmhouses... that appear in the writings of the X century, of the town ... extends to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
It is a perfect place to catch mushrooms and take walks in the nature.

From the house itself you can glimpse numerous mountains, Berguedá, a Pyrenean town.
