This rural house is located in the small municipality of Pitres, located at the foot of Sierra Nevada. Its location and its strategic enclave, near both the mountain and the Costa Tropical, allows guests to enjoy a series of beautiful and very diverse landscapes. It is an ideal accommodation to host a group of between 2 and 4 people.

The house, 75 m2, is divided into 2 levels, maintains its original structure of stone and wood, but is completely renovated. In the first one, which is where the guests enter the house, we find a warm and bright diaphanous room in which there is a living room and the double room.

This open space consists, first of all, of a double bed surrounded by a large wooden screen in the Moorish style. At his side, in a space dedicated to rest, we find a padded wooden bench, a table and different chairs of the same material.

The apartment has a second level, somewhat higher than the rest of the house and accessed through some steps. In it we find the kitchen, open to the rest of the space and fully equipped with rustic furniture and with all kinds of appliances that allow the complete comfort of the guests.

This area also has a dining room with a wooden table for 4 people, a 2-seater sofa-bed, an armchair and a nice work fireplace that provides warmth.

It houses a single bathroom complete, equipped with shower tray.

In addition, the house has central heating con radiators distributed inside, television in the living room and connection Wi-Fi.

There is a series of outdoor spaces, private and in common with the rest of the houses of the farmhouse, in which the guests can enjoy the magnificent panoramas that make up the environment. From the bedroom you can access a X2 private terrace with wooden table, padded chairs and sunloungers.

Shared with the rest of the houses, there is a series of gardens with grass and all kinds of flora, where to carry out an outdoor evening, and also a circular pool to enjoy the hottest days with a refreshing bath.

Pitres, the town in which this apartment is located, is one of the many municipalities that make up the region of the Alpujarra y that surround the whole mountain range. Some others of similar characteristics, gentle and surrounded by vast natural lands, are Busquístar, Capileira or Órgiva.

The accommodation is located within walking distance of one of the most important urban centers of the south of the peninsula: Granada. It is a beautiful city that preserves to its credit a series of architectures and monuments characteristic of Nasrid Kingdom. Undoubtedly, one of the highlights is the Alhambra.

Some natural places that can be visited in the area are, for example, the Béznar Reservoir, the River Guadalfeo or the National Park of Sierra Nevada.
