The rural house is located located in the Navarrese village of Irurozqui. It has been built in the year 2010, so both its structure and the furniture is completely new and has all the news in terms of comfort is concerned.

Inside has 180m2 distributed in 2 floors.

It has 5 rooms for 2 people, although in the house we can accommodate 13 people ya we have the possibility of adding extra beds in case of need. One of these rooms, with a double bed, is located on the ground floor. While the other 4 in the superior, of which 3 have single beds and the other also of marriage.

On the ground floor there is a living room with walnut furniture and black leather sofas in a space of 40 m2 en where the long dining table with capacity for 12 people is also located.

It is on this floor also where the kitchen is located with new appliances (full equip) and another table but with less capacity. The floor is completed by a bathroom with jacuzzi.

So on the top floor, in addition to the 4 rooms, there are 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower.

This rural accommodation also has 350m2 of outdoor area that have been covered mostly by artificial turf for comfort and cleanliness. Here you will find a barbecue, a covered area and garage for cars where you will also find a table football.

This town of Navarre has only about 30 permanent inhabitants and is located in the Navarre Pyrenees.

There you can find structures of different styles, from a baroque church to a Romanesque one. Many of the houses that are located in this town have a lot of history, which can be seen thanks to the granaries that are located in their doors.

And natural environment can visit the rocky areas, known as foces, Arbayun and Lumbier, formed by the erosion of rivers. They have an interpretation center that explains this interesting phenomenon.

The Romanesque monastery of Leyre from the XII century and the medieval castle of Javier are located about 15 kilometers away.
