The house is located in Campanet, a municipality located northwest of the island of Mallorca. It has a total of 2,612 inhabitants and is famous for its caves.

The word Campanet is a Mozarabism that comes from, or derives from, the Latin 'capanna' and also from the Arabic plural of 'kapanät'. The meaning of these is 'set of cabins'. A beautiful definition of how cozy the municipality is, and the history that it keeps with it.

The plot on which the house is located is 8,000 m2, and is on the outskirts of the urban area. The house is located in the Fangar valley, a mountainous area of ​​the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

In the beginning the house was built as a country house, and it was the place where the animals could graze. It dates back to the 19th century, and has been renovated and adapted by each of the owners of the property, all from the same family unit.

The rustic property has a total of 3 bedrooms. In 2 of the bedrooms there are 2 single beds and in the other there are 1 double bed, which is why the total permitted capacity is 6 people. The idea is that everyone is as comfortable as possible.

The house also has 2 bathrooms and 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room and 1 hall accompanied by a wonderful fireplace. In the outdoor there is a wonderful outdoor pool and dining area with barbecue.

• Fonts Ufanes:  an intermittent spring that impresses with its beauty. Its underground water flows from the mountains to the Sant Miquel stream, whose base level is the Parque Natural de l'Albufera
• Coves de Campanet: are located on the slope of a peak in the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Some impressive caves that leave no one indifferent.
• Hermitage of Dan Miguel:  is a beautiful church located in Pla del Tel, in the municipality of Campanet. It is popular because it still preserves the Gothic style of the Catalan churches built on the island.

The best beaches and coves closest to the house are: Cala San Vicente, Playa Alcúdia, Playa Aucanada, Playa Puerto de Pollensa, Playas de Mmuro, etc.

If you want to practice water sports such as Kayaking, snorkelling, boat trips or sailing, in the towns of Puerto Pollensa and Alcúdia there are countless activities, and they are about 20 minutes by car from the house.
