Finca La Llum

This rural house has been built in the outer walls of Biar, a town in Alicante. Ideal to come large groups of friends as it has a capacity of up to 22 people.

The accommodation was finished building on May 2008. The most used materials were stone, wood, concrete and iron.

A total of 500 m2 divided into 2 floors where all the rooms of the rural house have underfloor heating.

It stands out for its simple and elegant decoration and for having very large spaces that allow a luminosidad total in any of its corners.

The floor below is completely diaphanous y consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen. Also on this floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one double, and a bathroom.

Special mention for the kitchen that will make you fall in love. It is not a typical and traditional kitchen but it is formed by 2 main islands. One with the sink and the dishwasher. And in the other are the oven and 2 ceramic hobs. Cooking will be a pleasure here.

The upper floor is divided into 2 corridors with views of the open space below. Here we find 2 double rooms, 2 triples and 2 quadruples. We also have a couple of bathrooms.

In the outdoor area we have a garden with a wonderful pool to cool off and a barbecue to charge the batteries with a good barbecue. XX
It should also be noted that the roof is 2 waters and has a great height, which further accentuates the feeling of simplicity and elegance in the rural house.

Not only will you enjoy nature and tranquility while being on the outskirts of the urban case. You can also do it from your town, Biar, y of your people.

Of his festividades caca highlight the Moors and Christians, or the festival of San Juan, which has the peculiarity that as Biar has no plalla, bonfires are lit on the mountain.
