It has a large capacity, up to 14 people in total. But without a doubt the best thing is the large space of the property, 1600 m2 divided into unique rooms:

• 7 Bedrooms to rest in the interior where every last detail has been thought of. Five have a double bed and two of them are equipped with 2 single beds each. They are located on different levels and those on the upper floor have a balcony with views of the outside landscape.

You will love its lighting and well-kept space, which sometimes contains a dressing table with mirror and even armchairs where you can rest as an alternative in the rooms. Next to the headboards there are sockets that increase comfort, as well as nightstands with reading lamps.

Outside you will find an independent space like an additional little house, full of amenities just like the central one, with a living room where you can rest in the dead moments and more facilities.

• 4 Bathrooms, one of them outside in the garden with bathtub and two in the main interior with a shower tray for the toilet. The furniture is made of marble and is made up of various tiles, which fit with the modernity they convey. We have included essentials and towels for everyone (beach included) so that they don't take up space in your suitcase and you simply worry about relaxing during your stay.

• 2 Kitchens, one outside. Both are very well equipped, adorned with a rustic and vintage design in keeping with the property. The countertops store the kitchenware and the tableware to serve, in the different dining rooms located throughout the house, prepared meals. They also contain key appliances such as the oven or even a coffee maker for snacking.

Like the crib, there is high chair available for little ones.

• A living room whose main protagonist is a fireplace next to which to relax on the coldest days. It has very good lighting thanks to the light inlets that surround it, as well as a special room for the dining room where you can share the after-dinner meal.

If you want other types of entertainment you can find it on the flat screen television where you will watch your favorite channels.


Already outside the enclosure:

• A porch with a terrace, fully furnished, to take in the cool air on summer nights.

• Next to this space is the patio with one of the favorite details of the house: the barbecue. Here you can grill any of the local products. Quite a delight!

• An outdoor pool with mountain views. It is open all year round and has hammocks next to it on which to sunbathe, as well as a shower to cool off. can be air conditioned for an additional fee.

The entire house is surrounded by a grass garden and has private parking to park your vehicles.

This beautiful rural house is located between the mountains that frame the municipality of Santa Brígida, within the area of ​​ Madroñal en Gran Canaria. This town receives its name from the group of local trees that are found around it, a space among nature away from the agglomeration of large cities.

Although if you like these cosmopolitan regions, the capital of Las Palmas is just half an hour away by car and there you can delve into its culture, as well as try the typical gastronomy in the restaurants and have a pleasant time in the places of leisure, whatever you prefer.

On the other hand, we recommend visiting the surrounding towns. These have great charm and offer a traditional market that you cannot miss, such as San Mateo and the historic center of Santa Brígida.
