Finca Zarzalón de Mulera

This rural house is built about 5 kilometers from Ubrique, next to the Parque de los Alcornocales. It is surrounded by 325 hectares of the house, which can therefore be enjoyed just like the accommodation.

In all this outdoor space there is a 9x5m pool overlooking the valley and reminiscent of a small lake with greenish waters. It is surrounded by a large lawn area and is located next to a cabin-shaped porch where you can have lunch and dinner.

In addition, so much space means that the house has its own private paths through which enjoying the flora and fauna of the place is impossible to avoid. It is made up of cork oak forests, inhabited by deer.

The rural accommodation is structured on a single floor where 10 people can stay. In it you will find a gigantic living room divided into three rooms that has several armchairs, small tables, television, fireplace and bookcase. It is decorated with a multitude of deer heads that give it a country touch.
As a common space, it also has a dining room, next to the living room, with a long table for 10 people. As well as a kitchen with a gas fire, a double door fridge and freezer and all other necessary appliances. From the kitchen you can access the pool area.

The rural house has 5 rooms, 4 of which are doubles with individual beds and 1 with a bunk bed for two people, in which there is also a sofa bed. Of these rooms, 4 have their private bathroom and another has a toilet.

The entire accommodation has heating that is individually regulated from each of the rooms.
There is also internet Wi-Fi and various board games.

Our rural accommodation has a own natural space structured in different trails. In total there are 5, each with its own name. And for them you can, in addition to enjoying its cork oaks, wild olive trees or strawberry trees, meet animals in the wild, such as deer. All this belongs to the Zarzalón de Mulera Natural Park.

This country house is just over 5 km. from the town of Ubrique, a place known worldwide for the creation of leather goods. For this reason, it is one of the main points of commerce in all of Europe in this regard.

Also nearby you can find the towns of El Bosque, Benaocaz e You can even get closer to Cádiz itself.
