Our house is isolated from the village of Paterna del Madera, within the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha, more specifically in the province of Albacete. Thanks to our location we can assure our guests an unparalleled rest, accompanied by a natural environment of great beauty that surrounds us.

The facade of the house, 3 floors, is entirely built in bare stone, creating a very idyllic rustic aura. It is divided into 3 independent homes, one per house floor of the house.

Surrounding the building we have a large garden covered with lawn, which is mixed with the natural environment, where we have a XX picnic area covered by a pergola and a rocking chair, to listen and relax with the river that adjoins with the plot. We also have a barbecue, to prepare large bites, and a trampoline for the enjoyment of the little ones.

This house, which concerns in this file, has a maximum capacity of up to 6 people, so inside you will find the following rooms and features:

• Una diaphanous zone completely decorated in wood and exposed stone, both in walls and ceiling and beams. In it join the kitchen , fully equipped with all necessary appliances, the lounge, with a sofa next to a chimney enorme and la plasma television, and the table XX that serves as a separation between the two previous ones.

• 2 double bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other with single beds, having a simple but successful decoration. 2 of the 6 people who enter have to sleep on the sofa bed, great comfort.

• A bathroom complete y in perfect conditions of use. It has a shower tray and the towel set included.

Our village is called Paterna del Madera and is located in the province of Albacete, within the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha. Account with a population of approximately 400 inhabitants, reason why the tranquility and serenity are characteristics that flood the locality.

Inside our town we propose you to walk through its streets and squares, discovering our typical architecture, discovering magical corners and beautiful buildings like the Church or the city hall itself. We also recommend you taste our fabulous cuisine. If you want to know the area a bit, we are within walking distance of Albacete and Caravaca de la Cruz.

If you are great nature lovers, we are next to the Calares Natural Park of the Mundo River and the Sima, a wonderful place to take long walks and breathe fresh air while watching your waterfalls, caves and landscapes great beauty.
