Our house is located outside the village of Paterna del Madera, which is located in the Autonomous Community of Castillas la Mancha, more specifically in the province of Albacete. Its location allows us to assure our tenants a wonderful tranquility accompanied by a beautiful natural environment that merges with the house itself.

The facade of the house, 3 floors, is completely built in bare stone, which gives it a very own rustic touch. Inside are 3 independent homes with each other, one for each of the plants.

Surrounding the house we have a large garden covered by lawn that blends with the natural and wild environment. In it you will find a picnic area covered by a pergola and a seesaw, from which you can listen to the running of the water, since we have a river that borders the farm. We also have a barbecue, to prepare appetizing meals and a trampoline for the little ones to play.

This house, which concerns us in this file, has a maximum capacity of up to 6 people, so we have the following features and stays inside:

• A diaphanous stay with decoration based on wood and bare stone, both in walls and ceilings and in ornamental details. It is mixed very intelligently room with a sofa junto a fireplace y la plasma TV, the fully equipped kitchen with the gadgets and appliances needed, and table comedo r as a separator between the previous parts.

• 2 double bedrooms, having both double bed and single beds. Both are decorated in a very simple way, leaving main importance to the light that enters in the morning. They are furnished so you can unpack the suitcases.

• Un bathroom in perfect condition y complete, taking shower tray and the towel set pertinent.

Our village is Paterna del Madera and is located in the province of Albacete, in turn in the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha. It has a population of no more than 400 inhabitants, so the serenity and tranquility are features that abound in the town.

Within our town we propose you to walk through its streets and squares, so you can discover our typical architecture, having magical corners and precious buildings like the Church or city hall itself. We also recommend you try our fabulous cuisine. If you are interested in getting to know the area a bit, we are within walking distance of Albacete and Caravaca de la Cruz.

If you love nature, we are next to the Calares Natural Park of the Mundo River and the Sima, a perfect place to take long walks and breathe fresh air, all while watching your waterfalls, caves and landscapes of incredible beauty.
