This accommodation makes the following facilities available for the use and enjoyment of its potential guests:
- 3 bedrooms of size suite with double beds and air conditioners for air conditioning to suit each space. All of these rooms have at least one of their walls made up of large windows that go from floor to ceiling. In addition, to favor the advantages of the suite format, in them we find apart from some large wardrobes, accessory furniture that make up small private rooms. X
- The room is an overwhelmingly spacious room, flooded with natural light thanks to the fact that its rear façade facing the sea is largely made up of windows, and glass doors. In this space there is a huge "L" shaped sofa, with many seats, which could accommodate all the inhabitants of the house at the same time at a given time. One side of this rest element is oriented towards the large fireplace that presides over the room, while the other perpendicular side would face the wide-screen television that is located on the wall through which you access stay.
- The kitchen, which is connected to the living room almost entirely by a bar that will contribute to the tasks of food service and under which we find an extra storage space. The furniture in this space is arranged in an "L" shape along two walls, where all the pieces of the very complete appliance equipment are integrated.
- In the house there are 2 full bathrooms of great extension on the ground floor, at least considering the type of room in question. In them there is a complete sanitary complex with large shower cabins, but in the specific case of one of these there is also a bathtub. The two cabins have windows, which is quite convenient for ventilation and drying of the space after each use.
- Without detracting from the wonderful interior of the house, outside, we find its spectacular outdoor areas that include a large front parking , a covered porch rear equipped with a large garden set whose pieces range from sun loungers to tables and chairs ; leaving the shelter of the structure of the house we can step on its large landscaped areas with a very well-kept lawn and a huge palm tree, near it, next to a small ornamental wall also full of planters, is the beautiful pool that it has the farm.

Sourroundings of Grandesvillas- Villa Venezia
Apart from how precious the population in general can be, there are corners that are worth stopping to contemplate and above all to inquire about the events that occurred there, since Salobreña is a rich historical town, an example of this is the Castle that crowns the natural promontory that is in the center of the town.
This fortress of Muslim origin was not originally created for war purposes, although taking into account the defense of personalities from the Nasrid kingdom of Granada, since it was treated as if we were the summer palace of that dynasty, later in times of less peace would become the royal prison, becoming part of one of the most curious stories of those reigns in which a prisoner became king. As it is a walled enclosure, it has several points where its different walled sides join together in the different towers from which we will have spectacular panoramic views of the nearby and not so close environment, since you get to see quite well Sierra Nevada.
In a memory of more recent history, we can visit the neighborhood of La Caleta, an old group of fishing guild houses that climb a hillside, staggering, offering the visitor a multitude of balconies and viewpoints from which we will have a totally different perspective of the so close Mediterranean Sea. If we start the descent towards the coast we will find the old Azucarera de Guadalfeo factory, now inactive, but which has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and which is still surrounded by the cane fields from which it was nourished.
