Our rural accommodation is located in the center of France, in the department of Allier. It belongs to the village of Braize which is part of the incredible forest of Tronçais.

This accommodation offers you a destination rich in calm and peace in a warm and family atmosphere cared for by the 2 owners of the accommodation. We invite you to spend a peaceful and pleasant stay, colorful in bloom and scented with freedom.

The estate has several advantages such as its location in the village, a swimming pool with a large terrace furnished with deckchairs, rest areas with coffee tables and a wellness area with spa and jacuzzi.

The accommodation is a renovated two-storey country house. It has an area of ​​47m2 ready to accommodate from 4 to 5 people in an interior composed of:

• A living space with a high table and chairs,
• 1 double bed placed under the stairs
• a bathroom with shower and toilet
• and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

The space is bright and well ventilated, inside you can notice the small traces of traditional architecture.
Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 futons.

Outside there is a pleasant private area equipped with a small wrought iron table, chairs and a parasol.

Enjoy the comfort and calm of our accommodation while watching TV on the ground floor with your family or preparing delicious meals together in the kitchen. The cottage is fully heated, equipped with full linens and the baby bed is available on request.
