This rural house is located in Odériz, in Euskera Oderitz, located in the Larráun Valley in Navarra. It is an old house built with the typical materials of the area in which it is located and following the traditional architecture of the Valley. The house is totally rehabilitated to offer you as much comfort as possible.

This house has a place for 12 people and is divided into 6 double rooms, one of them has built -in bathroom and is located on the ground floor and the others are located on the upper floor and share a bathroom. In addition, the house offers the possibility of adding 2 supplementary beds, so the accommodation capacity would increase to 14 people.

The house also consists of the following rooms:

• A cuisine fully equipped with oven to be able to make pastry, hobble for cooking great stews, fridge to keep the products of the area fresh, microwave to wake up well in the morning and dishwasher not to have to scrub after eating.

• A lounge furnished with 2 wide sofas, arranged in the corner, around a chimney, to be able to relax quietly in the afternoon while watching a fun film in the television or read some of the books of the assortment library

• A game room with toys for children and board games for the elderly to be able to enjoy veiled entertaining.

• 2 balconies from which to contemplate the wonderful views of the environment from the rooms.

• A garden with green areas so that children can play and have fun and a terrace with exterior furniture where to enjoy succulents barbecues.

The entire house has a central heating.

Odériz is a small town of just over 50 inhabitants belonging to the municipality of Larráun, in the Foral Community of Navarra. The town is located in a valley through which hiking can be practiced by their numerous roads, among which is the Vía Verde del Plazaola, which follows the route of the railroad that formerly crossed that valley.

Very close to this area is the Sierra de Aralar, also plagued with trails and legends and that houses wonders like prehistoric megalites and a sanctuary built in 1032 and consequently, of Romanesque style.

And for those who like the underground world, it is obliged to visit the Cueva de Mendukilo, a set of 3 gross underground plagued with stalactites and stalagmitits and used for many years as a refuge of shepherds and their cattle. They are currently inhabited by 6 varieties of bats that have been subject to several studies.
