Hacienda Rural Capricho Andaluz

The rural accommodation, which responds to the name Capricho Andaluz, is located in one of the municipalities of the province of Córdoba with the most charm: Cabra, which, in turn, offers unbeatable landscape characteristics due to its location in Andalusia., in the rich area of ​​southern Spain.

It is a spectacular property that is located within a large expanse of olive trees and fruit trees within the plot itself that, at some point in its history, functioned as an archway.

Currently, this hacienda, which has an area of ​​about 1,500 m², has been equipped with the characteristics of any modern house, with its respective comforts, facilitating accommodation for groups of 20 people maximum. This makes El Capricho Andaluz a perfect option for celebrations among friends and family.

Its rooms, very spacious, are distributed in:

• A welcome hall in which we have distributed several chairs and auxiliary tables where, from the beginning, you can begin to soak up that rustic and stately atmosphere that we have wanted to preserve with its decoration.

• 2 kitchens perfectly equipped, providing our user with all the technical comforts that can be used in any space of this type. With appliances, dishes and ceramic hobs that will make the activity in this room very similar to that of our normal daily life.

• 2 living rooms with their respective wood-burning fireplaces, for which this material is provided that will heat the entire room and give it a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. As for the decoration of both, it involves the brick covering on the chimneys, on which shelves have been placed that hold classic and characteristic elements of their previous function. The furniture, in earth tones that combine perfectly with the wood, is new and very comfortable, allowing guests to settle into these common leisure areas and enjoy a good time in company. The two living rooms also have television and DVD. X

• 2 dining rooms,, one of them being smaller, being able to accommodate, in its celebration hall, there are a multitude of wooden tables and chairs that accommodate about 100 diners, so there is no problem if you want to have a celebration.

• 6 complete bathrooms that include showers and bathtubs, depending on the room we are in. They have been recently remodeled so their decoration has modern touches and small tiles. In addition, two of them have been integrated into the main rooms to give them greater privacy. In the furniture you will find the necessary towels during the time you stay in the house.

• 3 toilets that provide functionality to the house, being common to all guests and meeting any requirements that may be needed.

• 9 bedrooms that are distributed in this way: seven are double, with large and comfortable beds in which we wanted to place imposing wrought iron or wooden headboards, depending on each space, and which contain, some of them, canopies that create a fairy tale atmosphere; one has two single beds y, the last one is a room with bunk beds. All of them perfectly decorated and equipped with furniture and accessible to people with reduced mobility.  X

• A games room available to anyone who wants to have a good time; for both adults and children as there are table football, targets, billiards and other leisure games to enjoy to the fullest.

Finally, on the exterior of the house the whites of the façade predominate, which makes a kind of rectangle within which the swimming pool is located, in a central way, and, around it, a grass area equipped with sun loungers and other furniture that will make you enjoy the Andalusian sun in its maximum splendor.

In addition, we have included a barbecue area, which is covered and in which we have arranged a series of tables with benches so that you can taste what you cook right there, while observing the views of the surroundings.

Add that animals are allowed and that the minimum occupancy time is 2 nights in our rural house.

Cabra is the municipality of Cordoba in which the large plot that forms the estate Capricho Andaluz extends.

It is one of the most central areas of Córdoba, functioning as a link and access to one of the natural parks that bears its name, which is why tourist routes for discovering the most natural areas of this territory are in high demand and In addition, its views from the mountain ranges are impressive.

In this type of routes you will be able to visit the Fuente del Río Cabra, one of the areas in which the hand of man has intervened, which consists of a stone fountain right at the source of said river that does not clash with the natural area at all. where it is located and which, however, gives it a special charm.

As for the buildings with history in the area, the Iglesia Mayor de la Asunción y Ángeles stands out, whose construction, three centuries ago today, preserves a large number of very valuable elements, worth seeing.
