Description of Higueral de La Sayuela - Rondero
Our rural house is located in the town of El Raso, part of the municipality of Candeleda, in the province of Ávila.
This house, surrounded by natural spaces is one of the best for couples getaways since it allows a maximum occupation of 2 people, being able to enjoy together the pleasant exteriors and the complete interior rooms that are shared by the single floor with which our accommodation counts.

Outside we have a nice X2 private terrace, roofed and composed by a wooden table and a set of chairs that allows you to rest and breathe the fresh air as well as enjoy unbeatable views of the green environment in which it is located. Finally, a pool a few meters from the main facade will delight our guests in summer.

Inside you can enjoy:
- A kitchen dining room completa that extends on a main front, which has been decorated by covering with white glossy tile the upper part on which the countertop rests. In this space you will find everything you need to cook; from the cutlery up to the appliances basic, through the complete dinnerware that are inside your cabinets. Next, a wooden table with a set of four chairs is the perfect space to eat comfortably and spaciously.
- A room where you will find two sofas that are preceded by a wooden side table. Perfectly lit, this space is the right one for leisure and distraction since we have a plasma television on the front. Also, from the window you can see the green areas outside that are very nice.
- A complete bathroom that combines yellow and blue in its color palette. It has a set of toilets among which you will see his shower, equipped with a screen para greater privacy. Note the towel set that we leave for convenience.
- A double bedroom that puts the jarring point in terms of color, which breaks with a striking blue color, en contrast to the predominant yellow of the rest of the house. The double bed, which is presented with a forge headboard that makes a curious shape, has been dressed with bedding in which this blue color is present. Finally, a pair of tables flank this rest area.
