- 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 single beds each to accommodate more people independently.

- Enjoying even more independence we find a bedroom on the other side of the garden, with a small kitchen , only equipped with a sink and microwave. It also has its own bathroom with shower. Converting this space into the guest house format.
- In the living room-dining room we can find 2 4-seater sofas each and a pair of individual armchairs, around a good-sized coffee table that is arranged in front of the flat-screen television that presides over the room. There is also a table with capacity for 4 diners next to a huge window that allows us to contemplate the outside garden.
- The fully equipped kitchen has a suitable table to be able to eat if not all together a large majority, given that its capacity is 8 people. It has two refrigerators to easily contain all the food necessary to feed a large group of guests.
