This rural house is located at Aldunate, a quiet town of 16 inhabitants located in the lost Navarra valley of Urraúl Bajo. The house is more than 200 years old, but has been recently renovated by changing the old wooden beams for others, also made of wood, but more modern, and keeping the original stone walls.

This structure 3 floors has capacity for 8 people and is divided into the following stays:

• 3 rooms, 2 of them of marriage, located on the first and second floor respectively, and the third with 2 single beds. The double bedroom on the second floor is attic and it admits up to 2 extra beds.

• 2 bathrooms, one of them located in the double room on the second floor and the other on the first floor to be shared by the other 2 rooms.

• A toilet located on the ground floor where the washer is located.

• A living-dining room to relax in the evening in front of the stone fireplace while watching a movie on the television o play table games on the dining table.

• A fully equipped kitchen with all X needs appliances to make cooking easier and faster, including a dishwasher and a pantry.

• A game room to be able to play the billiards and the ping-pong with friends or try the aim with the darts.

In addition, the house is equipped with heating to help overcome the winters of the valley and allows agro-tourism y observe the agricultural activities of the valley.

Aldunate is a locality of 16 inhabitants located in the Foral Community of Navarra, in the heart of the valley of Urraúl. This valley is formed by green pastures dotted with typical villages. An excellent way to see this hidden area of ​​Navarra is by following the Local Trail that leaves the town of Adoaín and that makes a circular route throughout the valley. In Adoaín you can also find a granary from the 15th century, restored in the eighties.

Very close to this area is Foz de Lumbier, a canyon eroded over the centuries by the River Irati, very close to the Sierra de Leyre. It is a nature reserve, since it is home to a raptor colony, among which are the Egyptian Vulture and the Griffon Vulture. Through the Foz, there is a path that runs through the canyon and allows you to contemplate some great views of the Sierra de Leyre.

In the area is also the city of Javier, a small urban center that stands out for the castle, since it is a spectacular piece of the tenth century, extended in the eleventh century with an enclosure and 2 bodies polygonal and 2 towers in the thirteenth century.
