Occupying the 2 first floors, is the house in question, which can hold a maximum of 18 people. The house is divided as follows:

• 8 double bedrooms distributed between the first and second floors. 3 of these bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. In addition, the house admits up to 2 extra beds.

• 7 bathrooms, 6 of them integrated into the rooms on the top floor and the seventh shared by the 2 double bedrooms on the lower floor.

• Una kitchen fully equipped with wooden furniture and marble countertop that allows a new modern appliances to provide all the amenities that guests need.

• 2 rooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second, joined by a staircase and equipped with dining table, television, DVD and stereo. The living room on the first floor is also equipped with a wood stove and library.

Eltzaburu is located in the quiet Valley of Ultzama. This Navarrese town is surrounded by mountains and meadows irrigated by streams and dotted with grazing cattle. Within the municipality there are several Paleolithic dolmens and the Yeguada de Haras de Ultzama, which competes with others at an international level.

In this valley is the Orgi Forest, one of the few wet oak forests remaining in the world. This forest covers an area of ​​77 hectares and is under a process of natural regeneration, although part of it is open to the public. The best way to see it is by following the Local Path that surrounds the forest and integrates into some of the surrounding villages.

Near this area is the sierra de Aralar, a plateau that extends mainly through Navarra, although a third of it is also integrated into Guipúzcoa. Because it consists mainly of limestone, this mountain range is a multitude of hills, caves and caves that will delight cavers.
