La Antigua Tahona

Casa Rural La Antigua Tahona is located in the municipality of Valdeverdeja, border with the province of Cáceres.

This rural accommodation follows the mountain characteristics of the area decorating the lining of windows and doors with native stone. At the entrance we find a small porch with benches to rest after a hectic day presided by a large mural of tiles.

Outside we have a large patio divided into two heights. Below we find a great pool for the enjoyment of young and old. In the upper height a great barbecue of firewood.

The house has a capacity for 12 people distributed in 6 double rooms with 3 bathrooms to share. The rooms have a rustic decor with wooden objects.

It has a cozy living room with brick fireplace. The wood is present throughout the room highlighting the beam roof vista.
The kitchen has a table for 8 people and is decorated with indigo tiles in combination with the white of the kitchenware.

This rural accommodation has a games room with ping-pong, foosball and darts ideal for family enjoyment.

In addition you can visit the monuments that the town gathers as the Church of San Blas, a building of the sixteenth century. The cross plan and its ribbed vaults make San Blas a beautiful historical site to see.
