La Artesa

The rural house that we show here is framed in the small town of Las Palas, with a population of not much more than a thousand inhabitants, surrounded by a incredible Murcian environment to spend a few days away from our routine stress.

The facade, of a single floor, is decorated in typical white tones of the area with a touch of earth color, creating a neutral visual effect between the landscape and the house, with a furnished porch where we can sit and enjoy the silence and the immensity of the place.

With a maximum capacity for 10 people, including the 2 extra beds of which we can arrange, the house is distributed inside as follows:

• A dining room, decorated with an exquisite taste in which the wooden ceiling and the closed fireplace take center stage, surrounded by sofas and other ornaments in neutral colors, with a table with chairs where you can enjoy the meals that, in the kitchen fully equipped and open a the living area, we will prepare for ours.

• 2 triple rooms with comfortable and individual beds and a double bedroom with double bed, all decorated in the same line as the rest of the house, including wardrobes and bedside tables that will allow us to accommodate us completely.

• 2 bathrooms with every conceivable comfort, 1 with shower tray and another with bathtub, thus allowing a higher degree of comfort when also adding the towel sets required.

In case the interior of the house does not look too much, we can use the barbecue on the outside, accompanied by a sink, individual that provides a more rustic touch, accompanied, as a common area of ​​a children's area equipped with slides and swings and a leisure area for the seniors with table tennis and table football, allowing us to cool off thanks to its magnificent covered pool accompanied by a jacuzzi dream.

This rural house is located at 5 kilometers from the small village of Las Palas, surrounded by an incredible natural environment that, added to the tranquility provided by the small population of the municipality, with little more than a thousand inhabitants, makes this location a ideal place for rest and evasion of the daily routine.

The environment we are talking about is composed of a great variety of regional parks, such as the Sierra de la Muela, El Algarrrobo or Sierra Espuña, which invite us to take long walks through its hundreds of hectares and marvel at the views that offer of the region.

Not only can we focus on the closest natural environment, but we should not miss the opportunity to visit, being located a few kilometers away, cities such as Cartagena or Murcia, in which we will be able to marvel at its historic centers and even spend a perfect day at the incredible Mediterranean beaches.
