La Balsica

We found our house in the northwest of Murcia, in the municipality of Benizar. It is a discreet but charming house, located in a fenced enclosure among many others, surrounded by green areas and trees. The tranquility that is breathed in the environment is one of its main attractions, the other being the incredible amount of services that we have.

It is a house for 6 people, excellent for a family or group of couples, with a bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are spacious, well-furnished rooms, prepared to look like dormitories of any house and not of rent.

The room is a perfect place to meet to chat or enjoy a relaxing moment in the privacy of the house. It has 2 comfortable sofas and a television, a basic interior hobby.

We also have a fireplace, already on the other side of the dining area, and adjoining the kitchen countertop. This is a kitchen truly well equipped, with refrigerator, stove and sink of two breasts.

Right next to the kitchen we have the bathroom, with window to the outside that keeps it illuminated and ventilated.
Immediately at the exit of the house we have an outdoor table and chairs. But it's not the only thing we can enjoy once we're outside the house.

Inside the complex, fenced and safe, there is a XXO and decorated with some trees, to leave the vehicle nearby and at hand Then, we can recreate ourselves in walking through the gardens that surround the houses, where springs and flowers emerge. From the viewpoint we can enjoy privileged views over the town of Benizar.

A very large dining room, with space for 50 people, is the common interior stay par excellence, and incorporates a small kitchen. On the outside we have a pergola covering outdoor tables and a game zone, with pingpong and trampoline. Right next door, easy to watch, there is a playground with swings.

Not far away are the barbecues, perfect for an outdoor meal. The pool and the minigolf field, finally, are the stars of the complex's facilities, and you can not resist wanting to try them.

Benizar is a town clinging to an abrupt valley, full of chasms and rocky massifs. The best proof is the castle of the village, from the twelfth century, which is perched on a hill and peeks from its edge. Among the streets of the town we can discover places from other eras, such as Fuente de Arriba, Fuente Fresca and Florno Corner, which really lives up to its name.

In the vicinity we find archaeological sites and caves with cave paintings that are exponent of the prehistoric Levantine art, such as the I Coats of Benizar and the Corner of the Caves, once used as refuge by the shepherds.

We are close to other towns of great charm of Murcia. Moratalla, to the east, is a place surrounded by mountains and excellent green landscapes. Within the locality we can visit architectural monuments, such as its Castillo Fortaleza and the San Francisco Convent, in Baroque style.

Outside the town we also have places of great interest, such as the site of Bagil, a village of the Chalcolithic from which copper tools and campaniform samples have been rescued.

In Caravaca de la Cruz we can also enjoy visiting archaeological remains, such as Cueva Negra, a rock shelter with remains of tools and bonfires, and the Begastri deposit, of Iberian origin.
