La Carlina

The rural dwelling is located in Las Navas de la Concepción, a Sevillian municipality in the northeast of the province.

This beautiful rural house built at the end of 2013 is a clear example of modern Andalusian building, with its white façade and albero tile finishes to match the sand of the bullrings so typical of the area. It also has an embedded virgin that recalls the Sevillian religious fervor.

The house has 2 floors and space for 12 guests, divided into 6 rooms (one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility ).

The rooms are double (2 single beds) with their own bathroom (except two of them that share) and all decorated in the same way: dark wood furniture and white paint. The only detail that differentiates them is the color of the curtains that gives each room its name: pink, green, blue, yellow, etc.

The house has 5 bathrooms, some with bathtubs and others with showers. One of the bathrooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Our rural accommodation has a kitchen with access to a terrace, a large cozy living room with a fireplace with hunting elements and a spacious dining room.

Among our exteriors are a terrace-solarium at the top of the house, an outdoor porch with furniture for lunch or dinner, a large terrace-viewpoint at street level and a large plot with more than 3 hectares of land.

This Sevillian town of less than 2,000 inhabitants is immersed in a natural environment and is crossed by the river Arroyo del Pueblo.

The farm is ideal for astronomical observation since the skies around us were declared of interest by the Starlight Foundation.

In addition, we suggest that you get to know this region of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla in depth, where we find natural waterfalls or the Cerro del Hierro, populated with vegetation such as holm oaks, gall oaks and cork oaks, among other trees.
