The house below consists of a first floor without an elevator with a flight of stairs to access it. On the ground floor there is a garage and a room for barbecues that connects via stairs to the pool area. This should be well reflected, since although the treatment has been very good and we were warned about the problems for people with reduced mobility, the photos lead us to think that the obstacles for these people consist of the pool stairs.
The maintenance of the house is sufficient, but not generous, it should be noted that one of the bathrooms has problems with the cistern and we had to collect water with scarce and defective cleaning supplies, finding deficiencies in the oven, microwave, kitchen cloths and utensils cleaning equipment, nor a broom, dustpan, mop or bucket in proper condition. They should do more detailed maintenance.
Very important: the use of the pool is limited, due to noise problems with the neighbors the time of use is from 10 to 10.
