La Casa de Arija

This rural accommodation is located in the town of Arija, at the foot of the Ebro reservoir. It is a house that, although it retains many of its old stone walls and wooden structures, has been decorated and painted with a very modern style. 

It is composed of 4 rooms that are distributed in 2 plants. They are all the double bedrooms, so it is prepared to house some 8 people. 

Precisely each of these bedrooms has been painted with an identifying color only on the wall that overlooks the head of the bed, which in some of them is also quite curious. In addition, all are individual beds, so you can join or separate them, as you want. 

there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a toilet. The corresponding towels of each will be found on the beds on their arrival. 

As common spaces we find, in the first place, the living room, which has 2 white armchairs towards television and a small portable chimney, in addition to surrounded by 2 bookstore furniture. Along with this, there are also a couple of seats next to a table, conditioned as reading zone.

The kitchen contains the different appliances and also has a breakfast table for 2 people, as the large dining table is next to the living room, near the entrance to the rural house. 

The outer roof is extended a little more to form a porch at the entrance, where we have also located a dining table for when there is good weather. 

This is a rural house respectful of the environment since it feeds on the solar panels that we have installed on the roof. 

This rural house is located just on the edge of the Ebro reservoir, in which even a small beach has been formed and where different aquatic activities can be done. Right in the front, to complete the landscape, you can see the mountains that make up the high -country skiing station. 

belongs to the Burgos Municipality of Arija, which today has just 200 inhabitants, but that has all services, various Catholic temples, the ruins of a hermitage and numerous bridges.
