La Casa de Enmedio

We present you this accommodation that is located in the Burgos Sierra de la Demanda, specifically in the small village of San Vicente del Valle, offering a quiet rural setting in which to disconnect.

It is a country house which, having been renovated, has respected its original architecture, thus preserving its rural charm.

Its capacity is for four people, with located on the second floor of the house, with a independent entrance, since the owner of the accommodation resides on the lower floor.
In its interior consists of the following rooms:

• The dining room

Next to the hall, there is a large black table, with several matching chairs, where you can enjoy your meals in the company of your family.

• The living room

It has a rustic touch thanks to the exposed wooden beams, but combining with a modern style decoration. It is equipped with a large and soft sofa in front of the television, and on one side of the room, the wood-burning fireplace, providing a warm feeling in winter.

• The bedrooms

Composed of two rooms, being double in both cases and housing in one of them a double bed, while in the other we will find two single beds.

• The bathroom

We found a full bathroom, with wooden doors and furniture, combining beautiful blue-toned tiles, and which is equipped with a large bathtub.

The house includes free internet connection, plus heating.

Already, outside, we will find a large garden equipped with furniture, with a small covered gazebo, and barbecue area.

Pets are allowed on request, supplements may be applied.

San Vicente del Valle is a small town in the rural environment of Burgos.

Nestled in the Sierra de la Demanda, it is surrounded by oak groves and beech groves with a spectacular change of leaf in autumn, being an ideal place for all kinds of routes.

Very close to the urban center of San Vicente, in addition, we can find a small architectural jewel such as the Iglesia de la Asunción, of Visigothic origin dated in the sixth century and which is considered the oldest that is kept throughout the country.

In addition, if you want to know the environment, a short distance you can visit Santo Domingo de la Calzada, where its monastery stands out, dating back to its origins around the seventh century.
