The house is a rural accommodation in the urban center of ontinyent. With a capacity for 8 people, is a fully restored house, at different heights, which allows tenants to know the area.
The location is optimal to mix both beach plans (half an hour we find the beaches of Gandía) and mountain.
It is a typical interior house of the Valencian Community, built at different heights, consists of:
- 4 double bedrooms, 1 of them with a marriage bed, 2 with 2 individual beds, another with a bunk and an altillo with supplementary.

There is also a room with 2 dining tables and two other independent areas, to allow the rest of all tenants of the house.
