La Casa de los 5 Caños

We present this accommodation located in the town of Avila de Sotillo de la Adrada, one of the towns that make up the Comarca del Tiétar, being a spectacular area at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos that will allow you to enjoy the nature.

The accommodation is a beautiful rural house, with an exterior that combines a stone facade with some elements in exposed brick and wood.

Surrounding the house, we find the garden, with a beautiful green area, and which has both terrace equipped with garden furniture, such as a table with chairs and a built-in barbecue.
The total capacity of the house is for 12 people, dividing their stays in two floors, which we detail below:

• Ground Floor

At the entrance the first thing we find is the kitchen, being open and with enough space, has all the equipment to prepare your own recipes, as well as a large dining table.

The living room, next to the kitchen, is a cozy space that has a spacious sofa located in front of the TV and, on one side of the room, a warm wood fireplace.

Between both spaces, there is also a football table with which both young and old will enjoy.
On this floor we can find three rooms, divided into two double, one with double bed and the other with a couple of beds, and the remaining with a single bed.
One of the bathrooms is also located on this floor, modern in style and equipped with a glazed shower cabin.

• First floor

Here we will find the remaining room, being a large space with sloping ceilings, with a beautiful ceiling with exposed wooden beams, which has up to five single beds, plus a reading area, and a relaxation space, with a sofa bed and a television.

This room has direct access to a full bathroom, with tiles that combine white with pastel blue, and that includes a large bathtub.

The house has air conditioning through air conditioning and heating, in addition to free WiFi connection, so that you can connect to the internet whenever you want.

Smoking is not allowed in all accommodation.

Sotillo de la Adrada is located in the Valle del Tiétar, a beautiful region with a particular climate, in which the temperatures are usually mild 2 throughout the year.
Within this area we recommend a visit to El Tiemblo, just half an hour away, where nature lovers can enjoy it in a very special environment.
We are talking about Castañar de El Tiemblo, a unique protected space full of centennial chestnut trees, which take on some spectacular golden tones in autumn, while in summer they are an intense green .

In addition, it has a low difficulty path, which even allows it to be done with children.
