In full Sierra de Guadalajara is located this rural house built of stone, specifically town of Condemios de Abajo, located within a natural enclave characterized by the combination of mountain, rivers, flora and fauna.

This accommodation was built in the old sawmill of the town and its design is new but maintains the original structure.

Its large windows allow the rooms to be fully illuminated.

It has the capacity to give shelter to a maximum of 6 people. It is, therefore, intended for families or small groups of friends who want to get away from the routine for a few days and approach a place where tranquility and calm shine with their own light.

The accommodation is cozy and offers the tenants all the facilities to make them feel at home.

• On the first floor there is a kitchen formed by an American bar in which all the appliances necessary for day to day are located. Its drawers and cabinets keep the household goods as well as the cutlery and crockery. Corner of the house intended to make delicious dishes.

• A living room, also located on the top floor, which has a sofa in blue color, located in front of a TV, perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation. A wooden furniture hold different books at full disposal of the tenants, so that they can get lost in the stories coming from inside. Next to the cabinet there is a space for a wooden table with several chairs around, it is, therefore, the space indicated to enjoy meals in good company and with the convenience of having the kitchen just a few steps away.
• 2 double bedrooms formed by a double bed inside. These rooms are composed of several pieces of furniture such as the night tables and the wardrobes, indicated so that guests can store all their luggage. The color of its walls is strong and in it different frames are arranged. There is the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds if necessary.

• A full and shared bathroom for all people staying in the house. It has a large shower tray with a whirlpool column, perfect for tenants to relax while taking a shower. In addition, includes basic body care products and towels, so that customers do not have to worry about anything.

The exterior of the house consists of 2 terraces distributed on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a barbecue so that guests can enjoy a different meal outdoors on one of their tables. XX
The terrace located on the upper floor is designed so that the tenants can relax while sunbathe in the hammocks dispuestas in space or enjoy the beautiful views offered by the landscape during sunset or sunset.

For lovers of hiking, there are different routes that ascend the Peak Ocejón, 2070 meters high, being able to observe at its top the spectacular views offered by the landscape.

The Station Pinilla is just a few kilometers away and is ideal to approach in the winter season to practice a healthy sport that is suitable for both adults and children.

The city of Guadalajara, located in the center of the peninsula, is a must visit due to the importance of its patrimoni o, which include the Royal Alcazar of Guadalajara, the bridge of the Infantas or the Torreon del Alamín, among others.
