La Casa del Herrero

In Teruel, specifically in the village of Calamocha, this old haystack is located, currently rehabilitated and turned into a rural accommodation.

Spacious, bright and completely heated, the house has the capacity to house even 8 people.

The facade covered in stone and with large wooden windows communicates with the garden. Space that enjoys a comfortable balance from which it is possible to enjoy pleasant naps outside the house. A colorful space thanks to its plantations and the grace of the lawn. You will find a porch covered with a table and a pile to comfortably enjoy the barbecue outdoors. 

With all the comforts of the current homes and without losing the essence of their own nature, all the rooms of the ground floor are conditioned so that they can access people with reduced mobility.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is integrated in the living room. The 3 stays are compacted in one since there are no partitions between them. It is a comfortable corner that has a dining table, chimney and comfortable sofas where long afternoons.

Each of the 4 bedrooms that are distributed by the two plants have been personally decorated. They are broad, luminous and all have television and bathroom. 

If something is special, the house is the unique climbing ladder to the first floor, as it was built recycling wood used to manufacture the tracks through which the train passes.
