Our accommodation is located at the highest point of the town of Villar, specifically in the Robleo neighborhood, in the Community of Cantabria. This population belongs to the Brotherhood of Campoo de Suso, located within the Comarca de Campoo. It is an Indian house with capacity for 15 people.  In addition, this accommodation preserves each of the original structural elements, finished in oak wood, as well as all the architectural elements in stone and other original woods from the native forests of the Valle de Campoo.

In addition, this rural house presents a unique style to offer guests an exclusive atmosphere, thanks to decorative elements, household items and furniture chosen to offer the greatest elegance and comfort, in addition to preserving the traditional architecture belonging to northern Spain.

• 4 bedroom suites. On the first floor we find two rooms and on the second another two, all of them have great spaciousness, luminosity, as well as all the necessary furniture while preserving the characteristic style of the house. The first has capacity for 4 people since it has 2 singles and 1 double. The second room contains another 2 single beds and 1 double. The third suite has 4 single beds and the last one contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed.

• Fully equipped kitchen-dining room, located on the ground floor of the house. It has large dimensions and an elegant and rustic style led by wood in line with the rest of the facilities. The kitchen includes all types of appliances such as a washing machine, microwave, oven, etc. Without a doubt, you will have everything you need to prepare the most succulent lunches and dinners. It also includes a large wooden table where you can hold family or friend gatherings during your stay.

• Living room. The room is located on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and contains the perfect furniture to encourage guests to rest, including television. It is a perfect and cozy space to spend time with family or friends.

• The Hanging. It is a glass-enclosed room with views of the river that surrounds the house, an ideal space to relax, participate in games and other activities, without having to give up the excellent views, regardless of inclement weather or time of day.

• 2 bathrooms. Of course, in the bathrooms you will also find the elegance and style characteristic of this excellent rural house in Cantabria. In the main one, decorated with lighter tones, you will find a mirror along the entire back wall, accompanying the sinks and a bathtub in front. The second bathroom has blue tones and also has everything you need for cleaning or enjoying that relaxing moment you need to renew your energy.

Information about the exterior of the house:

• Wooden walkway to cross the river. The property on which this dream rural house is located is divided in two naturally, since the Ruvillar River divides the land. 
• Gardens. Our accommodation has a great diversity of flowers and fruit trees, as well as various decorative elements such as stone walls and passageways to walk and enjoy the rural environment.
• BBQ area. What is a rural getaway without a good barbecue. For this, you also have a barbecue to celebrate a meal with family or friends outdoors.
