La casa Gran

Our rural house raises its walls on the ground of a huge estate in La Roca del Valles, in Barcelona. It is a complex of 2 houses that share its exterior with barbecue, games and pool. In a totally rural environment, you have the possibility to rest and disconnect from the stress of the big cities.

With capacity for 10 people, our house has a bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Guests are divided into the 5 rooms that are inside the house. In addition the rest of common areas with which we have are broad, designed specifically for large families or groups of friends. It has two entrances that access the same area, a central corridor that separates the 2 wings of the house:

• The kitchen has a rustic decor but with all the comforts that modern touch can bring. Equipped with all kinds of appliances that will make things easier for you, such as the washer, the dryer or the dishwasher among others. His large wooden windows provide the ventilation we need in the morning and isolate us from the cold at night.

• The room is also a dining room, it has a huge table with capacity so that all the tenants can sit at the same time. The TV is flat screen and the 2 sofas are 3 seats each. There are also armchairs so that nobody stands when we warm ourselves in the fire of the fireplace.

• The bedrooms will give us the privacy we are looking for, since they are distributed between the two areas of the house and the central corridor. Both the left wing and the right wing of the house have a bedroom with 2 single beds and another with a double bed each. The fifth room is located in the central corridor and has 2 beds of 90 centimeters.

• The 3 bathrooms of the house are distributed in the same way as the rooms, one on the right wing, one on the left and the last in the central corridor. In addition, one of them is adapted to people with reduced mobility. It has a large shower to access with the chair.

In the outside of the house we have at our disposal a pool with its sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The barbecue is located on a covered porch. In addition, there is also a table tennis in the same area. All this next to the house and to share with the other housing of the farm.

The farm is located at the foot of the Montseny massif, en an environment of nature and tranquility.

There are gastronomic routes through the nearby towns and adventure sports for the brave ones who want to let off adrenaline doing canoeing, climbing or jumping.

• The Marsh Vallforners is a perfect place to stroll while breathing fresh air and listening to the birds chirping. The waters that fall from the nearest mountains reach this marsh and we have to walk. It is perfect to go with family and children, they will not have problems of difficulty. Of course, if we want one more level, there are many other paths that have a higher degree of difficulty.

• If what we want is beach instead of mountain, close we have the nice beaches of Maresme.
