La Casa Nueva

This beautiful and comfortable house is located in the parish of Cadavedo, which belongs to the province of Asturias. It has a capacity for 10 people, can place 3 extra beds extras to host more people.

Presents 2 floors y has 5 double rooms.

It is fully equipped with first class facilities, impeccable decoration and good taste in its architecture. It has a classic facade, highlighting details in wood as furniture on the porch and large windows overlooking the beautiful private garden con loungers. In the ground floor, we have the great room, with outstanding image, furniture in light tones and lots of natural lighting.

There, we will find the spacious dining room of 10 seats where you can share with family or friends rich dishes. Also, we have the warm fireplace and television, to enjoy the preferred programming in a cozy atmosphere. The house, perfectly combines current and modern elements with the typical Asturian style.

The kitchen, presents marble table, complete furniture and necessary appliances for the comfortable use of space. Also, there is a ironing and laundry room, for greater visitor comfort. The house has heating y free connection to internet. On the same floor, we have a double room con bathroom private with shower and bathtub, sofa and cabinets to house belongings.

On the first floor, we have 4 rooms more. All of them double and have a private bathroom. In addition, two of the rooms have 2 single beds and the other 2 have a double bed. Highlights the impeccable decoration, with wooden floors and large windows. All have bed linen and towels. Some of the rooms have television y DVD.

The house also has a barbecue y rustic style dining room. There you can taste delicious dishes in good company.

In the outdoor area we have:

• The pool comunitaria, which has a green area and sunbeds for sunbathing.

• The bar restaurant, ideal to have a good time trying out delicious drinks and dishes from the menu.

• Social lounge and children's area, where children and adults can play, read or simply converse.

• Supermarket, to acquire the necessary products during the stay.

This beautiful and elegant house is located in a natural environment and of great beauty. There you can visit interesting monuments and enjoy the coast. La Ermita de la Regalina, built on Punta del Cuernu, is a beautiful place to visit with incredible views of the coast. Also, we have fresh and mountain landscapes in the Naranjo de Bulnes.

The beaches of Asturias, are highly recognized. There we can sunbathe and relax in its soft sands and crystal clear waters. The beach of Cuevas del Mar or the Playa de Rodiles, are an excellent option to have fun. In the same way, you can visit picturesque neighborhoods in Luarca, a beautiful seaside villa or Cudillero.
