La Casa Xica

This rural accommodation called The Casa Xica is located in the village of Sant Agustí de Lluçanès, within the province of Barcelona.

Between its walls rise 2 floors decorated with traditional style where you can host 4 people. An ideal house for families or romantic getaways.

On the first floor hay:

• A kitchen in which the white color predominates. The washing machine, the dishwasher or the microwave are distributed among the granite countertops in a "U" shape. It also has a single door refrigerator and freezer. On this countertop opens a window through which light enters directly flooding the room luminosidad.

• A dining room, just below the worktop, which works as a room divider, with a round wooden table and four chairs. Just on the other side of the table, we find the great wood fireplace which, in this case, is responsible for providing heat to the plant.

• A cozy One of the rest and common leisure stays of the house that you will enjoy the most.

On the upper floor, which is accessed by traditional wooden stairs that run along the front of the stone, we find:

• 2 double rooms of which, one of them consists of a large double bed attached to the stone wall that has been maintained both in common areas and both bedrooms. It is decorated with an old and restored carved wooden headboard. It also has 2 bedside tables with lamps for those moments before the dream. The other room has 2 single beds separated by a bedside table. On one side of the room you will find a desk and a coat rack to place warm clothing and, on the other, a large window from which to observe the views of the mountain.

• Un complete bathroom is the culmination to this plant. It is perfectly decorated and contains everything you need for day to day. The faucet in golden color and the granite countertop end up giving this room, the stately atmosphere that is intended.

In all rooms there is heating system with radiators.
