Regarding the capacity of the house, it is for a maximum of of 2 people, who will be able to live together in 50 square meters with the following environments:
- A pleasant living room space where you will be able to enjoy moments of tranquility while you settle into your pleasant upholstered sofa that faces the front where the window is located, with views to the outside. In addition, for the winter months you have a pellet stove that will make you feel at home.
- A open-plan kitchen next to the living room, which has a bar-type countertop where you will be able to eat quietly, in wood and with a pair of chairs, right next to the countertop, in which we have a set of cabinets in which you will be able to find the different elements of the household items and also the appliances.
- A bathroom completely private, equipped with all types of sanitary facilities, among which is the shower, with its glass screen and several sets of towels at your disposal.
- The bedroom is discovered behind a sliding barn door, which reveals in the center a large double bed with plenty of sheets and blankets so you can rest peacefully. On one side we have a window with views to the outside and also a coat rack so you can leave your things.
Now in the outside, you will be able to enjoy:
- A large terrace of 20 square meters, equipped with table and chairs.
- A portable barbecue for cooking outdoors.

I am Charo Cortés, owner of this house and in love with everything related to receiving, welcoming and creating pleasant spaces so that the people who visit them feel at home.
I have created this accommodation to share with guests who visit us a piece of nature, silence and light. With all my love and my wishes for well-being for those who visit us.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
It is a house from 1950. Small, cozy, ideal for a getaway, connecting with nature, with the silence and peace of the environment that surrounds us.
Renovated in 2021, we have tried to maintain the essence of the original construction while respecting elements such as its friar windows and the stone facade.
With a large furnished terrace you can enjoy the outdoors and a few days of tranquility and comfort.
It has been furnished, decorated and organized in a minimalist and comfortable way. With all the comforts for you to enjoy a few restorative days in the Sierra: air conditioning (hot/cold), pellet stove, clothes iron, hair dryer, washer/dryer, dishwasher...
