La Casona de la Reserva

This beautiful rural house is at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos. Specifically, it is located in Arenas de San Pedro, in the province of Ávila. 

The house, built with traditional materials that respect the typical architecture of the area, is surrounded by a natural landscape where you can disconnect from everything.

The house is within a 400 -hectares farm that shares with a second accommodation. With independent access, it has the capacity to alohar to a maximum of 10 people.

Let's start knowing your interior:

• 5 double bedrooms: one type suite, 2 with marriage bed, and the remaining with 2 individual beds. For the decoration of the bedrooms, soft colors and a simple but functional furniture have been chosen. Some of the bedrooms are under abuhardillated roofs, generating an atmosphere full of romanticism. 

• lounge with fireplace: starring this space you will find a beautiful work fireplace built in stone, around which the sofas are available, of floral motifs. So you can watch movies while warming yourself to the heat of the fire, there is a furniture with television.

• living room: In this second room we find 2 differentiated spaces, one with sofas as a living room, and a dining table with great capacity. To take advantage of the light during the day, it has large -sized windows oriented abroad.

• dispatch: For those who travel for business reasons, there is a quiet room equipped with shelf and desk. A space to work in full nature.

• 4 bathrooms: 3 those of the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms; The room is shared. In them you will have everything you need for cleaning.

• covered pool: So you can swim whenever you want, there is an inner pool inside the house. Surrounding it, locks are placed.
