La Casona de Pravia II

In the vicinity of Pravia, specifically in the Asturian people of Corias, is this traditional cobbled house.

Become a holiday accommodation and despite maintaining its original character it has been reformed recently. It retains intact its stone facade and lime, as well as the coating of the inner walls. 

It is perfect for a family rest days. It has ample rooms and a terrace at street level where you can enjoy older and small. Also in the house, there is also space for pets. 

With a capacity for 6 people housing is distributed in 2 floors. In them you will find 3 double bedrooms:

• 2 of them with individual beds.
• The third bedroom has a marriage bed.

In the house we have 2 bathrooms: one complete, with its bathtub and, the second, it is toilet.

Although all their stays have heating, the chimney could not miss, an element that provides warmth to the living room and that will make the cold winter days more bearable.

The chimney is located in the dining room, a very rustic place thanks to the stone walls. You also have several sofas where to lie down to watch the television or enjoy a movie in the dvd. If you like music, you can listen to your favorite in the music team.

The cuisine, on the other hand, has different appliances such as a refrigerator, winemaker and oven, among others. You also have different household and utensils to facilitate the task of cooking.

The patio is an asphalted and totally private space, which has appropriate furniture and space to park the vehicle.
You will find firewood and all the necessary equipment both to turn on the fire and to perform barbecues on the outer patio grid.
