La Casona del Jardín

This old rural house can be found in the Salamanca town of the San Esteban Fuente. Despite its age, it is in perfect condition, since it has been amended recently. Even so in many of its walls you can see the brick and the stone with which it was built. 

He is especially beautiful and highlighting his entrance. Surrounded by trees and plants that enter almost their white doors and windows that contrast with the stone facade. 

After this there is a small patio in which we have built a cobbled path towards access to the house, leaving the sides of green grass areas where you can enjoy sun loungers and a barbecue of artisanal structure. All decorated with various flower pots. 

Rural accommodation can house 5 people in 2 double bedrooms with beds that are separated and 1 individual room. One of these double bedrooms has quite wide beds and also has a desk and an old sink. 

The bathroom is complete and shared. In it there is a sink with countertop and a shower plate surrounded by a wall of tiles and stone.

One of the rooms that retains more antiquity is the kitchen. Although it has all new appliances and furniture is in perfect condition, we can find different elements that make us remember its past, such as a wooden bank, some shelves or utensils that are now part of the decoration. This stay is also the dining area, has a table inspired by a chess board. 

The living room is behind the entrance hall, entering a arch of bricks. It can also be used as a dining room and its walls retain some old items. 

we admit the animal stay and we have cunks available. 

There are heating in all the rooms of the rural house.

The rural accommodation of the Jardín house is next to the Plaza Mayor, one of the busiest places in the source of San Esteban and where the parish church is located, built in the eleventh century and Romanesque style, although several times renovated. 

In addition, there is near the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero, a protected place of more than 100,000 hectares. Linda with areas of Portugal and Zamora. 

Ciudad Rodrigo is very close to the town, a noble city and with a huge historical-cultural heritage.

In just 40 minutes you can introduce yourself in Salamanca, one of the 15 Spanish cities of World Heritage. In it you can visit its famous University or the Plaza Mayor, among other artistic monuments.
