La Central

The rural house is located in a small town in the Navarrese Pyrenees, which was formerly a power plant. It is located at Azparren, in the heart of Valle de Arce.

The accommodation, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of today's life, is designed for a maximum of five people. has two floors that are distributed as follows:

Ground floor: there is a common living room-kitchen area, where wood and stone predominate, giving the feeling of a mountain cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and other utensils and kitchenware. The living room consists of a two-seater and one single-seater armchair and a flat-screen television; it is also fitted with a modern fireplace in one corner of the living room. The kitchen area has a large dining table. In addition, on this floor there is also a full bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
Second floor: here are the two rooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with three single beds.

Outside the house there is a garden with furniture to be able to eat outdoors, next to a waterfall that, at the time, supplied water to the central, conditioned as a place to relax.
The house is also equipped with fiber internet wifi connection.

The house is located in a quiet Navarrese town of less than 30 inhabitants, in a fully natural environment of the region of Auñamendi.

This area is of great tourist interest. You can visit the following towns: Roncesvalles (35 min by car), Aoiz (30 min) or also the Pyrenean valleys of Aezkoa, Salazar and Roncal. If what you like the most is nature, you have very close the Foz de Iñarbe, the Selva de Irati and different valleys of the Pyrenees for hiking or climbing.
Or even if you have time you can go to Pamplona and visit the different monuments that characterize the city.
