La Cuadraá

This spectacular rural house, located at Linares de Riofrío (Salamanca), in the sierra de Francia, consists of a large stone enclosure with a lot of charm which is accessed by two wooden gates covered with ivy.

The Quadraa can accommodate between 10 and 12 people en 5 double rooms:

• 3 bedrooms with single beds
• 2 rooms with double bed
• 2 extra beds

There are also cots available to customers. It has 2 bathrooms with all the essential accessories and a terrace with spectacular views of the Sierra de Francia.

The property is divided into 2 heights and has adjustable heating with thermostat. On the ground floor you can enjoy 2 salons, plasma TV and a beautiful stone fireplace.

The house does not lack detail, has abundant furniture, household items, including crockery and glassware. Nor could they miss the ceilings with wooden beams and white paint that give the house that beauty and warmth that you are looking for when you make a rural getaway.

You can enjoy a beautiful patio with barbecue partially covered, built all in stone, as well as a table with chairs and umbrella to take the aperitif in summer and protect from the sun. As you can see it is ideal to go as a family if you have children or with a group of friends and take your pet if you wish.

The town, located in the region of sierra de Francia-Quilamas, has all the necessary services so you do not miss anything and here you can not miss the church of Our Lady of the Assumption, the City Council, the Plaza Mayor, the Hermitage of Buen Suceso, etc.

It is worth knowing some of the adjoining villages:

• Guijuelo, famous for the bellota ham (27 km away)
• Candelario: small and old town with a very characteristic architecture. Its wooden balconies and batipuertas (43 km) stand out
• La Alberca, with a beautiful main square, declared a Historic-Artistic Site (45 km away)
