La Daille

If you are looking for where to spend the winter holidays this year and you want a quiet, authentic place, a few steps from a ski resort and close to several tourist sites, we suggest you come and visit us at the Clusaz which is located in the department of Haute Savoie in the east of France and a few kilometers from the Swiss border.

We invite you to our charming house which is on the ground floor of a charming chalet located at the foot of the ski slopes of Crêt du Merle, Beauregard and near the structures of children's games .

This is a 54m² apartment for 6 people very comfortable and perfectly furnished, it contains free parking .
The interior of the apartment consists of a living room-kitchen containing:

• a pleasant resting area with benches, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, a television and a large window overlooking the exterior views.
• The American style kitchen is made of earthenware and is fully equipped.

This space is large and welcoming, it is heated and allows you to have a good time with family or friends in a rustic and relaxed atmosphere.
2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation,

• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
• and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.

The bathroom is very comfortable, it contains a shower cubicle and the toilets are independent.
The apartment contains all the amenities for a perfect stay: it is heated , it contains wifi connection, animals are accepted, and sheets and linens are provided.

The magnificent department of Haute-Savoie is located between lakes and mountains. It is the perfect destination for lovers of nature and outdoor sports. It is rich in caves, beaches, waterfalls, parks and rivers, but also in culture and history.

In the village where you stay there is a very typical and local atmosphere which will allow you to discover several traditions of the area.
We invite you to visit the magnificent National Nature Reserve of Bout du Lac d'Annecy which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It also presents a refuge for toads and nesting birds. You will love the landscapes from its vantage points.
The Sillingy Fault Mirror is one of the most important geological sites in Europe, it presents a privileged space with many birds, chamois and Mediterranean flora that deserve to be discovered.
We also suggest that you visit the towns and villages around your accommodation such as:

• Annecy-le-vieux,
• Thonon-les-bains
• and Evian-les-Bains.
