Our accommodation is located in La Rioja, specifically in San Millán de la Cogolla, an area listed as World Heritage Humanity by UNESCO.
The house houses the history of the Vázquez family of millers, it is approximately 400 years old. Currently it is completely renovated and converted into a self-sufficient house in summer and winter thanks to the implementation of solar panels and a hydraulic turbine from 1925. This is a spectacular rural house in which we offer a stay with experiences.
The house is located in an old Flour Factory that is currently an interpretation center. From some of our rooms you can see the old machinery of the factory.
Listed as building protected by Heritage, as a whole is a unique experience for our guests. Visiting the interpretation center means immersing yourself in the history and importance of hydraulic energy and its relationship with traditional milling.
As for the way this accommodation is rented, is by rooms, with several types from which can choose. 22 guests maximum which supports the home as a whole.

- Double rooms. They are spacious and pleasant spaces of 17 square meters in which there is space for a maximum of 2 people who will find inside a large double bed perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets. In addition, it has a television and private bathroom with shower.
- Superior Rooms. These are somewhat larger spaces than the previous ones, with a total of 25 square meters in which there is also capacity for 2 people. Its interior distributes a rest area that has a double bed, in front of which is the television and a full bathroom. X
- Suite Rooms. They are the most special bedrooms of all, with 30 square meters in which they will be able to sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. We have a huge double bed perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets and facing the television, in addition to having a double sofa bed and a private bathroom. X
